RSP Consulting LLC is a New England based environmental science and engineering firm. We employ experienced graduate level scientists, environmental professionals and engineers, and other staff with specialized credentials including Professional Engineers, Risk Assessors, Professional Geologists, Certified Industrial Hygienists, Registered Professional Industrial Hygienists, Certified Safety Professionals, Certified Instructional Trainers, and Licensed Site Professionals.

The firm was founded by Dr. Robert Palermo, a 32-year service veteran of the U.S. Army and U.S Navy (former Captain/06 in the U.S. Navy) and was incorporated in Massachusetts as a Subchapter S corporation in 1995.

RSP is registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) with DUNS Number 944034768 and is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business and a Veteran Owned Small Business.

RSP staff has extensive Department of Defense project experience and providing support to DOD health care facilities.
